Primary

Continuous evaluations is the process of assessment for the students.

The focus of evaluations in the primary is to provide information to the teacher about the individual progress of each student and must not cause anxiety or stress for students.

There is no formal testing, the teacher writes down observations of the students participation and progress in all classroom activities on a monthly basis. This data is compiled to present the report card that is given to parents at the end of every semester.

Secondary

Cycle tests are conducted on a weekly basis. Students are tested on the portion completed in that week. Unit tests are conducted at the end of first and third unit for Std. IX and X. Semester exam is conducted at the end of each semester and marksheets are given to the parents on open house day.

The objective of examinations is not to create fear, pressure or stress in students. Exams and tests are seems as means of understanding student achievement and performance.
